All items purchased are final sale, I cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. Although mistakes happen, for any mistake made, refund will be made or customer is able to reorder the item. 

If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Please understand that if you have ordered customized jewelry please allow 2-4 weeks to process and ship. If your order takes more than 4 weeks to ship you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed. 

For our collection products please allow 3-5 business days. 

For customized orders please allow an additional 14-21 business days.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. 

Please allow all orders to be processed 3 days. 

My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?

USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

Shipping Address Complications

I am not responsible for shipment that is lost, misplaced or stolen.

Please allow 3-5 days and a refund will be issued.
